1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and utilizing our development and server management services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Services Offered

We provide full-stack web development, server infrastructure management, technical support, and software solutions. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate project agreement or contract for each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely feedback, necessary assets, and access credentials required to complete the agreed-upon work. Delays in providing necessary resources may result in project timeline extensions.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for custom development services, the intellectual property rights for the completed project are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project contract. Pre-existing software, frameworks, and open-source tools remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Server Management and Uptime

While we strive for 100% uptime and implement robust security measures, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., upstream provider outages, hardware failures). We are not liable for business losses resulting from such downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the services after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.
